About the Role
Sakhi is a women-only mobility startup on a mission to redefine safety in transportation. They are building a dedicated platform where both riders and drivers are women, creating a secure ecosystem for the city.
This isn't a traditional IT role—it’s the heartbeat of the platform. You will be the bridge between the live app environment and the development team, ensuring that every ride, map coordinate, and backend process runs without a hitch. What you’ll do • Monitor live customer and driver app performance to ensure 100% uptime. • Manage the admin dashboard, overseeing ride flows, maps, and backend operations. • Act as the first line of defense for technical bugs, troubleshooting issues or escalating to devs. • Maintain operational dashboards and data tracking sheets to monitor platform health. • Troubleshoot API and app-related glitches quickly to minimize service disruption.
Requirements
Core: • Tech-savvy with a natural ability to troubleshoot apps and dashboards.
• High level of ownership; able to manage operations independently in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable with data tracking and basic tech systems.
Nice to have: • Prior experience in startups, tech support, or product operations. • Understanding of APIs or backend workflows.
