About the Role

Support recruitment team in sourcing candidates (portals/LinkedIn/referrals), resume screening, interview coordination/scheduling, candidate trackers/data management, communication/follow-ups, and employer branding. Hands-on end-to-end hiring in fast-paced EdTech; 5 days WFO + Saturday WFH.

Requirements

Graduate/postgraduate (HR/Psychology/Business preferred); strong communication/coordination; basic recruitment knowledge; comfortable 5-day WFO + Saturday WFH; immediate joiner; LinkedIn sourcing proficiency.
