What you'll do
- Create engaging content and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) to tell compelling stories.
- Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics to track growth and optimize strategies.
- Stay on top of internet culture and trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements
Core
Hands-on video editing skills and experience with short-form video creation.
A sharp sense of internet culture and trends.
Strong interest in problem-solving and quick adaptability.
Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week.
Past experience in social media management or content creation.
Nice to have
Experience with performance analytics and audience growth strategies.
Based in Bangalore or familiarity with the local market.
