About the Role
SAMIKA is a premium jewelry brand redefining modern elegance through timeless, minimalist design. This isn't just a "posting" job; it’s a hands-on creative role where you’ll help shape the visual identity of a growing lifestyle brand. You’ll be at the intersection of content production and community growth, turning high-quality jewelry into viral digital stories.
What you’ll do
Content Production: Concept, shoot, and edit 3–5 high-quality Reels per week.
Brand Aesthetic: Maintain a premium, cohesive visual grid on Instagram through curated posts and stories.
Influencer Scouting: Identify on-brand creators, manage outreach, and coordinate product seeding.
Growth Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics to refine content strategy based on what actually resonates.
Execution: Handle daily posting, caption writing, and community interaction.
Requirements
Core: Strong eye for visual aesthetics, proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut/InShot), and deep knowledge of Instagram trends.
Nice to have: Experience in photography, interest in the fashion/jewelry industry, and strong communication skills for influencer outreach.
