Social Media & Content Intern
About the Role
Saras Che is a modern Indian snack brand building the next generation of consumer snacking. They are looking for a creative, execution-focused Social Media & Content Intern to handle their short-form content and capture the brand's fast-growing on-ground momentum.
This role is a front-row seat to building a consumer brand's digital presence from the ground up. Instead of just drafting conceptual grids, you will be on the move—capturing raw, authentic content at on-ground stalls and immediately turning it into highly engaging reels, stories, and posts. It’s a fast-paced environment perfect for anyone looking to build a high-conversion consumer portfolio
What you’ll do
• Create, script, and edit high-quality short-form content, including Reels, TikTok-style posts, and Instagram Stories
• Own the content calendar and maintain strict daily posting discipline across platforms
• Head out to live stalls to capture high-energy, on-ground content and customer interactions
• Monitor daily engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and rapidly iterate on content formats
Requirements
Core:
• High ownership, reliability, and strong communication skills
• A heavy bias for action—someone who shoots, edits, and moves fast
• Deep familiarity with modern social media trends and video editing workflows
Nice to have:
• Prior startup exposure or direct experience running social channels
• Basic data organization skills using Sheets or Excel
