QA Intern — Clinical Software
About the Role
Iro Health is an AI-native clinical platform built in India and validated globally, focused on reinventing primary care.
The platform captures a patient’s full history once, builds a unified record, and provides doctors with AI-powered pre-consult summaries and clinical hypotheses — helping deliver faster, safer, and more effective care.
As a QA Intern, you’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and product, ensuring that the system delivers accurate, reliable, and safe outputs for both patients and doctors.
You’ll work closely with the founding team and help build QA systems from 0 → 1.
What you’ll do
Support testing and UAT across patient and clinician-facing features
Test real workflows: patient intake, symptom capture, summaries, post-visit care
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Pressure-test AI flows and edge cases
Test across devices (Android, iOS, browsers)
Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
Maintain test documentation, checklists, and QA processes
Work closely with engineers, product, and clinical advisors
Participate in real-world testing environments (pilot clinics)
Requirements
Core:
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Curious mindset — ability to question and break systems
Strong written and verbal communication
Interest in healthcare + technology
Eligibility:
Final-year student or recent graduate in
CS / IT / Engineering / Life Sciences / Pharma / BiotechSelf-taught testers with proof of work are welcome
Nice to have:
Understanding of testing (functional, regression, UAT)
Familiarity with tools like JIRA / GitHub / Postman
Basic knowledge of SQL / Python / JavaScript
Interest in clinical workflows or healthcare systems
