Product Lead (Path to CTO)
About the Role
OLynk AI is building Trita, a causal intelligence platform for commerce operations, designed to unify and streamline data from systems like Shopify, Tally, and Shiprocket. As Product Lead, you’ll take ownership of how Trita is built, working directly with the founder to shape the product and drive its development.
What you'll do
- Take complete ownership of the product’s architecture, codebase, and development roadmap.
- Develop end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and data layers using Next.js, Python/FastAPI, and Postgres.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by handling messy exports, resolving duplicates, and fixing gaps in APIs.
- Build execution layers to automate actions within systems like Shopify, Tally, and Shiprocket.
- Refactor and strengthen existing code while maintaining live systems used by brands.
- Lead and mentor a small team of interns, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring progress.

Requirements
Core
Strong full-stack development skills, including frontend, backend, and data handling.
Experience building and shipping products end to end, whether through side projects, internships, or freelance work.
Ability to lead and manage a small team, assigning tasks and reviewing work.
Reliability and ownership of outcomes, especially in high-pressure situations.
Comfort with building systems from scratch and working with incomplete or messy data.
Nice to have
Experience with Next.js, Python/FastAPI, and Postgres.
Familiarity with Indian commerce stacks like Shopify, Tally, and Shiprocket.
Interest in causal intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
