Operations & Chief of Staff (Founding Team)
About the Role
DAUD is a culture-driven fitness brand building an ecosystem around premium community experiences, high-intensity events, and apparel. They are looking for two foundational operators to join their team in Bangalore and shape the company from the ground up.
These are high-stakes, founding-team roles requiring massive ownership and direct collaboration with the founders. Instead of executing predefined corporate briefs, you will have the autonomy to build operational systems and a visual identity entirely from scratch.
What you’ll do
Manage daily business operations, executive inboxes, and team coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact community events
Lead internal hiring pipelines and eliminate operational bottlenecks
Anticipate business needs and keep the founders aligned
Requirements
Core:
Exceptional execution skills and a self-starting mindset (zero hand-holding required)
Alignment with fitness culture and a natural business mindset (for Operations)
A distinct creative point of view with a portfolio leaning into dark, intense, culture-driven aesthetics (for Designer)
Ability to work full-time, in-person in Bangalore
Nice to have:
Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment
Experience building visual identities for premium lifestyle, apparel, or fitness brands
