About the Role
Be the Face of a Modern Dating Brand
WingMann is a purpose-driven dating platform built for people who value intentional dating, real conversations, and meaningful relationships.
As a Marketing Intern, you won’t just assist — you’ll be the face, voice, and energy of the brand, both on-ground and online.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll be involved in a mix of on-ground marketing, content creation, and community building:
Brand Awareness & On-Ground Marketing
Promote WingMann across colleges, cafés, events, and social spaces
Represent the brand during activations, meetups, and collaborations
Engage people in conversations and drive sign-ups
Content Creation
Create Reels, Stories, and Posts for social media
Assist in ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing
Be comfortable appearing on camera
Trend Research & Social Media
Track trends, memes, and viral formats
Post and manage content as per the content calendar
Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs
Community Building
Help build a local community through online + offline efforts
Gather user feedback and insights
Support collaborations with cafés, events, and partners
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a passive internship. You’ll get real exposure to brand building, marketing strategy, and execution in an early-stage startup.
You’ll actively shape how the brand connects with its audience.
Requirements
Core Skills
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; local language is a bonus)
Comfortable talking to strangers and being on camera
Basic understanding of social media (Instagram is a must)
Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation
Mindset
Confident, outgoing, and people-friendly personality
Self-driven and willing to experiment and learn quickly
Ability to take ownership and execute independently
Awareness of trends and digital culture
Bonus
Experience with content creation or campus marketing
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe tools)
Interest in psychology, relationships, or community-led brands
