Generalist Intern (AI & Operations)
About the Role
Sidecar is building a 24/7 Virtual AI Teammate to automate the $12 trillion global freight industry. While the world moves on spreadsheets and PDFs from the 90s, Sidecar uses autonomous AI to coordinate ships, customs, and trucks.
This is a high-intensity, intern-to-perm "996" role for those who want to skip the corporate fluff and actually ship product. You’ll join a Silicon Valley-backed team to solve the biggest fires across Ops, GTM, and Marketing, eventually specializing in the vertical where you have the highest impact.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end projects across product specs, sales outreach, and data analysis
Build and ship AI workflows using tools like Claude, Cursor, and n8n to automate internal processes
Execute customer onboarding and handle investor materials
Context-switch rapidly to solve the most urgent problems in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements
Core:
2026 graduating undergrad or MBA
AI-native (Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Replit)
Strong written English and ability to produce crisp documentation
Based in Bangalore (In-office, 6 days a week) Nice to have:
Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, Retool, Airtable)
Prior startup experience or a side project/business you built from scratch
Basic data proficiency (SQL or advanced spreadsheets)
