This is a fast-paced, high-ownership Founder's Office role designed for ambitious first-year students who want to skip the textbook theories and see exactly how an AI startup scales from the inside. Working directly alongside the founding team, you will handle live client-facing operations, lead generation, and strategic growth experiments.
What you’ll do
Execute strategic client outreach and high-intent sales campaigns
Conduct market prospecting and lead generation to identify new target agency clients
Streamline daily startup operations and support client delivery workflows
Contribute creative ideas and data-driven insights to executive strategic discussions
Requirements
Core:
High-energy communication, persuasive outreach skills, and an interest in sales or business development
Strong curiosity about artificial intelligence, system automations, and tech startups Nice to have:
Familiarity with basic digital outreach, lead generation tools, or social media pipelines
Prior experience in campus leadership, student clubs, or community management
