About the Role
Work Directly with the Founder on Growth & Execution
Ventii is a tech platform simplifying how events are planned and executed — using structured data, intelligent workflows, and clear systems to remove manual coordination.
As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO on growth, outreach, and supply onboarding.
This is a high-exposure role where you’ll be involved in real execution across multiple areas of the business.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll play a key role in driving growth and operations:
Outbound Outreach & Growth
Reach out to clients, venues, and partners via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and email
Maintain follow-ups and track outreach progress
Help build and manage a lead pipeline
Supply Onboarding & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings with venue partners
Assist in onboarding venues onto the Ventii platform
Collect and manage venue details, pricing, and assets
Ensure listings are accurate, verified, and published
Support on-ground visits and walkthroughs

Requirements
Core Skills
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

Basic understanding of digital platforms and communication tools
