Founder’s Office Generalist (Full Time)
About the Role
SAMIKA is a modern, premium jewelry brand redefining elegance through timeless design and emotive storytelling. This isn't a traditional "sit-back" internship; you will work directly with the founder to scale the brand's operations.
As a Founder’s Office Generalist, you are the right hand to the brand's leadership. You’ll gain a 360-degree view of how a high-aesthetic e-commerce startup functions—from the nitty-gritty of inventory and finance to the high-level execution of new product launches. If you want to see exactly how a brand is built from the ground up, this is the seat you want.
What you’ll do
E-commerce Mastery: Manage the digital storefront, including product listings, pricing accuracy, and launch coordination.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, maintain records, and preemptively identify low-stock scenarios to ensure seamless sales.
Financial Tracking: Own the numbers by managing sales/expense sheets and assisting with basic P&L analysis.
Special Projects: Support daily operations and coordinate across functions to ensure end-to-end execution of the founder’s vision.
Requirements
Core:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Extreme reliability and ownership mindset
Strong communication skills
Nice to have:
Interest in luxury/premium e-commerce
Basic understanding of financial reporting
