This is a dynamic, hybrid creative role that sits at the intersection of on-ground content creation, trend intelligence, and digital storytelling. Working directly with the CMO, you won't just execute pre-made briefs—you will actively scout for behind-the-scenes moments, script compelling narratives, and shoot platform-native video content. It is a prime opportunity for a sharp creator who wants true creative ownership, a fast learning curve, and their work broadcasted across major active brand channels from day one.

What you’ll do • Ideate, plan, and shoot original short-form content (Reels, Shorts, BTS) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Handle on-ground shooting, ensuring clean framing, natural lighting, and engaging angles • Perform basic video editing, including pacing, captioning, and music synchronization • Monitor daily internet trends and rapidly translate viral formats into brand-aligned content ideas • Collaborate with the CMO to build and manage a reactive, high-frequency content calendar • Draft high-converting social media copy, hooks, video scripts, and long-form LinkedIn articles
