Content Creation & Video Production Intern
About the Role
Kyra is India’s first women-only mobility platform where every rider and driver is a verified woman. Focused on safety and empowerment, they are preparing for a major launch in Bengaluru.
This role is for creators who live and breathe short-form video. You won't be sitting behind a desk making graphics; you’ll be on the ground, capturing the energy of a new startup, telling stories of women drivers, and building a community from scratch. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact role where your creativity directly dictates the brand’s growth.
What you’ll do
Shoot and edit high-energy short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Capture on-ground stories: interview drivers, document rider experiences, and film behind-the-scenes launch content.
Execute video-first campaigns to drive app downloads and brand awareness.
Identify trending audios and formats, adapting them instantly for the brand.
Collaborate directly with the Product Manager to brainstorm and ship consistent content.
Requirements
Core:
0–1 year of experience in video production or social media content.
Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
Mastery of short-form storytelling: hooks, pacing, and trend integration.
Must have your own equipment (Phone/Camera and Laptop).
Portfolio Required: Links to past Reels or YouTube work are mandatory.
Nice to have:
Prior experience creating content for D2C, mobility, or women-centric brands.
