Content & Video Engine Intern (Intern-to-Perm)
About the Role
Sidecar is a high-growth AI startup backed by top Silicon Valley VCs, building a virtual "AI teammate" for the $12 trillion freight forwarding industry. They are replacing 1990s spreadsheets with autonomous AI agents that handle global logistics in seconds.
This isn't a "social media assistant" role; you are being hired to own Sidecar's entire video and content engine. You will be a one-person production crew responsible for telling the story of an AI revolution. From founder interviews to high-speed product demos, you’ll ideate, shoot, and ship daily. If you are a creator who thinks in frames and moves at startup speed, this is your chance to build a brand from the ground up.
What you’ll do
Full-Stack Production: Own the camera, the edit, and the publish. You’ll handle everything from concept and lighting to color grading and sound design.
Daily Shipping: Turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn) within 24 hours.
Content Ideation: Actively pitch shot lists and video concepts based on startup culture, AI trends, and logistics breakthroughs.
Systematize Growth: Build a repeatable production pipeline (Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish) that runs like clockwork.
Strategic Marketing: Beyond editing, you’ll write sharp captions/scripts and analyze metrics to see what actually drives engagement and pipeline.
Requirements
Core:
A portfolio that proves you ship (YouTube, Reels, or brand work).
One-person crew capability: You can shoot, light, and edit end-to-end solo.
Mastery of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or Final Cut).
AI-Native: Proactive use of tools like Runway, Descript, Midjourney, or Claude to 10x your output.
In-office availability in Bangalore (996 culture).
Nice to have:
Motion graphics or After Effects skills.
Experience creating B2B/SaaS content that drives business leads.
An interest in how the global supply chain actually works.
